I never knew that when a business has a receptionist answering the phone with the brand name there is a certain professionalism that would otherwise be lost with the owner of the company answering the phone. Thanks for your comment Jeff. I think the owners are so caught up in their day-to-day tasks of operating the company, a lot of times they don't even think about how they sound when answering the phone for their company. And it's also super affordable. I know that Insta Answer is as low as $3/day for an answering service and you only pay if someone calls as opposed to hiring a full time receptionist. It's really a win win!

I do agree that one of the benefits of a virtual assistant is that it ensures professionalism. Assuming that I own a business and lack the resources and time to pick up all my calls, hiring a virtual assistant will be the best option for me. I will definitely look at all my options available to determine the best outcome for us.

Kristoff, even if you have the resources for a full time staff answering phones, they aren't available 24 hours a day. Thats the beauty of this service. You should check out Insta Answer. Extremely affordable and you only pay if the phone rings.
